Rose Perry LCSW
Rose is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began her career working with serious mental illness and significant trauma backgrounds. She found herself challenged to better understand trauma and how it shapes people in such different ways. Curiosity and intrigue led Rose to get trained in EMDR, and eventually become certified in 2024. This, along with extensive training in DNMS (a form of parts work), unearthed a passion for trauma, and especially attachment trauma. Because she recognizes how different methods work for different folks, Rose is often seeking additional training in effective treatment modalities. She is also trained in KAP (ketamine assisted psychotherapy), and most recently started her journey with Neurofeedback.
Rose believes the therapeutic relationship is extremely special and should be approached with consistent collaboration and consideration. She enjoys working with adults who are curious about their inner worlds but struggle to feel better about themselves; she is passionate about helping them go deeper than just self awareness, and instead creating more meaningful change within themselves and their relationships.
The connection between therapist and client is extremely important. With Rose, you will get an authentic human being whose goal is to create safety in order to better meet your needs. She is comfortable challenging her clients and offering gentle and direct accountability. Rose believes that information is power, so she is happy to answer any questions you have about potentially working with her.
